Program Details
The Multifamily Program provides property owners and managers with an on-site energy audit to identify and develop a project plan. The project plan identifies and quantifies savings opportunities, estimated project costs and incentives available.
The building size and number of units help determine the best path to energy efficiency savings opportunities.

Contact the Program Implementer at 1.833.493.0692 to schedule an energy audit. This is the first step to determine the best approach and energy savings opportunities for your building – developing a project plan.

Customer Eligibility
The Multifamily Program requires buildings with 3 or more units.
- Program will allow enrollment from property owner or authorized management company to assess and perform in-unit installs of energy efficiency measures for all units (whole building approach)
- Units must have residential gas account class
Energy Assessment & Direct Install
- Resident must be an Elizabethtown Gas account holder
- Program will allow enrollment from property owner or authorized management company to assess and perform in-unit installs of energy efficiency measures for all units (whole building approach)
- Property Managers – units must have residential gas account class; commercial gas accounts are supported by the Multi-Family Commercial program
Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program
- Resident must be an Elizabethtown Gas account holder
- 3 or more dwelling units that are attached, 3-stories or less, with each building modeled and addressed as a whole building
- Unit owner
- Units with individual heating systems that would benefit from weatherization components but, do not need extensive engineering work
